Alcatel-Lucent announced that Vodafone Netherlands has deployed a network-based Alcatel-Lucent enterprise solution, which will enable Vodafone Netherlands to expand the features of its Wireless Office service.

The company has offered network integration services, including design and engineering support, while the enterprise solution is being offered to Vodafone.

Vodafone’s new Wireless Office service is basically a network-based IP Centrex solution, which will allow business customers to use mobile phones to access communications features through fixed telephones lines in a company’s offices.
